“Nice chairs once assembled but arrived with no instructions! No response from customer service when asked how to assemble them, either! Can't believe that items requiring assembly would be sent without any instructions at all - just defies belief. Vary fiddly to put together, as seat holes didn't line up with frame holes!”

The team are usually fast at replying to queries so I am not sure why they would not have replied. “Chair looks amazing but a couple of the black spacer washers broke when fixing together and a couple of the leg bolt covers were mussing”
