“The chairs came unbelivably quickly - I think one or two days after I ordered them (I had been expecting it to take a couple of weeks). I didn't get notification of the delivery but someone was home anyway so it was ok. One part was missing from one of the chairs but customers services got me the part I needed very quickly. Chairs look good, were quick and easy to assemble, well packaged. They are not quite the quality of an Eames DSW chair from John Lewis or similar, but they were also just a fraction of the cost and are good. Pleased with the chairs and the service I recieved.”
