“The chair I ordered arrived sooner than I expected and we set about assembling it. Unfortunately the holes in one of the corner pieces were not in the right place. I phoned/emailed you, can't remember which as I did both over the next few days, and explained the problem. I was offered two new legs which didn't help at all. There was a couple of days delay in communication so I rang to explain the problem again and attached photo(s) of the same. The young lady I spoke to said she would send a new chair seat which arrived the following day. We started again and I wouldn't say the holes were in the right place this time and it was very badly constructed but we persevered and got the legs fastened in but when we stood in on the floor, one leg was shorter than the other. I emailed again and received a reply suggesting we should loosen the bolts and press down firmly. My husband did this and it worked, but it is not 100% right. The front right hand leg is still shorter than the others but we are putting up with it as we needed another matching chair. This is not really satisfactory, but the customer care we were given was very good.”

“We purchased two garden parasols last year, they were hardly used due to the bad summer so we were delighted that we could get good use this year. However, one broke within a few uses as the cord snapped in the mechanism. We complained and it was duly replaced. The second one, or could be replacement, has now broken in the same way but the company have refused to either refund or replace. These are not fit for purpose, as they should not break after a few weeks of use, the cord is poor quality and I would advise against purchase. I would also not deal with the company again as they have been most unhelpful.”

“One of the products I ordered was not fit for purpose and the other was broken. Returning was not easy and cost quite a lot to get the boxes picked back up.”

“Easy assembly, clear instructions, fast delivery, a few marks on the top of the desk but i wanted to keep the desk as its really nice, a partial refund was offered .. 5* customer service very efficient, i love the desk”
