“bought 4 breakfast bar stools one arrived with cut in leather seat and damage to the bottom trim.. I asked for a refund, but no they came back and said "they would knock £25 off to keep it" who wants I chair eith rip in seat and damged chrome trim? Asked again for collection of dmaged chair and a new one NO they just sent seat which arrived last week No chrome piece got back on to them a wweek later still waiting for chrome trim never again will I purchase for this company.”

“Ordered 4 dining chairs and for one of them the legs did not have the inner threads / lining that hold the screws intact were missing. I raised a complaint and was sent replacement legs. Guess what!! They arrived without the inner threads again... what a pain. I am still waiting for them to be sorted out!! This has caused real inconvenience, my dining table is with 3 chairs and looks odd!!”
