“Terrible. Ordered a chair which arrived in good time. Sit down today on a Sunday looking forward to build it. No nuts bolts or Allen key is in the box. You asked for feedback and so the feedback is extremely poor. Unable to say much more.”

“I was initially very happy with my purchase of May 2018. However, this year, its second year of use, the crank mechanism has failed, rendering the parasol inoperable. Have contacted Lakeland who are unable to offer any assistance with regard to repair or replacement, leaving me, the customer, far from satisfied. I did not expect to have to replace the parasol after such a short period of use.”

“Not great. Legs did not fit to main seat due to misaligned holes. Lakeland were good enough to send out a replacement but still not great with screws missing in some cases where they won’t align.”

“Poor in terms of service - I haven't put the bed together yet When I first saw the small double bed for sale it was £119.99. A few days later it was still marked as in the sale but the price had gone up to £139.99 - the same price as the double bed (when it was 119.99 the double bed was more so this makes no sense). When I ordered it I did not receive an email confirmation. I emailed the service team to ask (a) why I hadn't had a confirmation email / had it actually been ordered and (b) why the price had gone up and was the same price as the double when previously it had been cheaper and cheaper than the double. The only response I got was what was my order number - which obviously I couldn't provide as I had not had a confirmation. Also no mention of answering my cost query. I replied and chased answers. Nothing. Still awaiting confirmation as to whether you will honour the original sale price. Can't comment on the bed itself. Wondering if this will be responded to - possibly not?”

“Bad experience. Missing parts for 5 chairs. Their web site has a missing parts complaint category so clearly it’s common. When they resent parts the bags were still missing screws. I spotted it instantly so clearly there’s no quality control there.”
