“I purchased an office chair over two weeks ago. When it arrived the screws were missing from the box. I am still waiting for them to arrive despite being told that they had been sent out first class. I have not been able to assemble my chair yet and I am very disappointed with the service.”

“I ordered two bar stools in cream. The first delivery was two light grey stools in a box marked light grey. The second delivery was two light grey stools in a box marked cream. I am awaiting you Support Team's comments as I write this. I a extremely annoyed by what I can only describe as incompetence. I have rated you one star as there is no zero option.”

“The order took a long time to arrive. The contents were minus some pieces to assemble the stool. Customer services they said that one piece of wood was no longer required, but they had not bothered to update their instruction sheet. The stool looks ok, but is not worth the £41.99 paid for it. Should of gone to a charity furniture shop to buy a stool.”

“Poor service start to finish. Initially sent wrong order. Then sent the right order but with no materials to build chairs. Ordered another two of the same product and these came without building instructions but luckily we still had instructions from last order after searching all over for them. Email response took far too long meaning the occasion we bought the chairs for past and we couldn't use them. For something that should have been extremely simple as ordering four chairs and them being delivered that week actually turned into a farce that took over 2 weeks with poor follow up service.”

“Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we have received. Over the space of 2 years we have purchased 36 office chairs from Lakeland Furniture which has cost over £3k and when one of our chairs broke we were told we would have to pay for replacement parts. This chair was faulty when we bought it yet we still had to pay. When I contacted them they were very unhelpful and not willing to take responsibility for the broken chair! We will not be buying another item from Lakeland Furniture again!”

“Got delivered 3 chase kitchen stools on Thursday last and when I opened the boxes I found 2 out of 3 dirty seats unusable I have tried to get in touch by phone but was told to email them as I did all I got was I was in a queue. I am still waiting for the company to get in touch with me. To pick theses boxes up I also said I would send them back with my own courier company again no answer be careful when ordering from this company”

“after assembling chair ,within 10mins back of chair gave way.was offered exchange.but was asked to pay difference as no other chair offered at same price.so not exchange but further purchase.nothing offered for all my trouble. chair returned.”
