“I don't know where to start,but poor rating is because I called customer services today and female person answered. She was very matter of the fact,on the verge of being rude and very uncomfortable as I asked to say the missing parts for my purchase hasn't arrived at all...even though they've been sent via Royal Mail ,first class nearly a week ago... Apparently I need to email and not call as they dealing with general enquiries,when only a week ago I emailed and called and female operator answered and was more then happy to help me and minutes after emailing me. Very appalling and I'm very disappointed with everything”

“Very unhappy with our order from Lakeland furniture. We were not in to sign for the furniture and the boxes were placed in our carport with significant damage and the attached note. The chair legs were not suitably packed for transit and the wood for the seat was of poor quality. We have subsequently built the chairs to find 3/6 of the chairs have uneven legs. We would like a full refund and for you to arrange collection of the chairs. Regards, Mr Henderson”
