“Took 10 days to deliver. Numerous phone calls to you and Yodel. Apparently no attempted delivers because you didn't supply address data. Stool arrives with a rip in the arm leather cover and pink marks on the white leather seat which I have managed to get out. Awful customer experience and the product is shoddy. Wouldn't recommend you guys. Sorry.”

“2 weeks after delivery we still only have 2 out of the 3 ordered and the company are being unresponsive in trying to help us. Actual stools are nice but customer service appalling.”

“acrylic seat clearly scratched, despite reasonable packaging, so obviously damaged prior to shipping. Edges rough due to poor finishing. Seat is narrow & stool very light-weight. Photo on website looks good, but the reality is disappointing. But for 40, I shouldn't have expected much!”

“Will have to return, bottom will scratch oak floor and seat tips forward. However cannot get the stool completely apart to re- pack for return!”

“It was the right stool, but on opening the box and taking the packaging off the stool, there were two big scratches in the acrylic! Its a pain as I now have to take a photo of it and arrange a return! !!!”
