“I can't assemble one of the chairs. I have tried emailing at least 6 times but the only message I ever receive is INCORREDT CAPTCHA. No one knows what that message means. Has Lakeland Furniture put a block on receiving problem emails?”

“I bought a daybed just over two weeks ago with a delivery time of 5 to 7 days . The purchase was easy but the delivery has been diabolical. I have no contact regarding delivery , regarding a suitable date or time. I contacted Lakeland who gave me the name and EMail or the courier, he has failed to reply to either call or E Mail causing me to be concerned regarding my foods . I contacted Lakeland again this time on the phone. The girl was very nice and contacted tracking department who said it was being delivered on a day when I am not in. Again this was done with no consultation with me. I raised my concerns and wanted to change the day . She was unable to assist as their us only one phone line . I was advised to EMail which I did and still awaiting a reply from customer services. As I said to the young lady , as a result of this experience I would never buy from Lakeland again . Appalling service and I’m not sure if Ill ever receive my bed !!”

“Not really happy as one of the stools was damaged. I emailed two days ago and still ive had no reply. It is so hard to find a number to contact someone on aswell. The least i would have expected was a response to my email. I sent in a picture of the damage too.”

“Ordered a dining chair , was lovely but unfortunately one of the legs actually didn’t fit into the slot it was meant to go in , really needed the chair so chose not to return but had to get a friend to actually remove some wood to enable the leg to fit correctly , very annoying & time consuming,”
