Ordered breakfast bat stools in white and received black. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and apologetic and, in that respect, the customer service was excellent. However, I now have to wait in on another Saturday for the correct stools to be delivered AND I have to spend my day off on Monday waiting in for the wrong stools to be collected by a different courier company! Ridiculous!

The set is ok and average quality for the price. It is not rattan at all, just plastic sleeved weave over a metal frame. It seems fairly sturdy now it is up, however, it is by far the most difficult and time consuming flat pack product I have ever bought. And I have bought a lot over the years. I had multiple screws shear and allan bolts round off during building, plus, many of the holes are not positioned correctly so you have to use brute force. There are around 100 bolts to wrestle in and tighten so the build time for me was over 6 hours.

This chair looks good but dont think its going to last very long. Didnt go together very well (can only get 3 of the bolts in the 4th keeps turning endlessly) and very light wieght.

We liked the price and value of these chairs, but sadly got what we paid for. After a year of normal usage, the base started to crack underneath on one of two chairs we purchased, and it is now irreparably broken. Lakeland's guarantee leaves some confusion as well: The web site banner stated (and still does) that they offer a "two-year warranty on all furniture". But read the fine print: everything references a 1 year warranty. Not nice.

I bought this desk so I could work from home and somewhere to store my art supplies. Firstly when I ordered, I read the delivery options, and nowhere did it state that I would have to wait up to 14 working days for this specifically to be delivered. Upon delivery the driver tried to deliver beds to me as well, despite the fact it didn't have the right name or address. Then once I got the stuff unwrapped and ready to assemble the it became quite clear that some of the wood panels didn't have the required holes in order to fit screws leading me to have to make them myself rather than wait who knows how long for a new one to get delivered. The draw sits wonkey and doesn't open enough, and the cupboard door catches on the corner that isn't hinged. Had I of known this before I wouldn't have bought it.

Table and chairs look good and efficient delivery, but one chair had no metal washers and missing one plastic washer so had to improvise!

It appeared relatively easy to understand the diagram (the only instructions) but the poles would not fit together. Firstly, some ends of poles needed filing down internally and externally because of burrs. they were so tight they would not fit. Then came a heavy mallet to whack them hard to ensure a proper fit. Probably one of the worst ill fitting tent frames I have ever assembled. I have cut, bruised and pinched my fingers trying to get the blasted thing together. There is now blood spots on the covering which is also incredibly difficult to fit. The underside is a rubbery type of texture so does not slip over the frame easily. The legs are also in one piece, You have to use a good sturdy step ladder to get up high enough to manoeuvre the covering. Three of us attempted the assembly, but I think you need four or five, and some metal files and a heavy mallet and a lot of determination, and a first aid kit. Once up it is a good looking structure. I recall reading that it should be taken down at night. Obviously some kind of sadistic joke! I certainly don't relish the thought of taking it down and putting up again next week when we need it for our party - so it will stay where it is.

I've never received it because Yodel lost it! Appalling delivery service. I've now asked for a refund.
