“The stools came with bolts which are too small and the hydraulic pumps are faulty. I have requested replacement parts but I am still waiting for these a month later! Over all not great!”

Hi, Have you removed the plastic cap from the gas lift? This needs to be removed before you fitting otherwise the gas lift wont work. If you have and you can see that the lever is touching the button on top of the gas lift but nothing is happening please let us know and we can send a new gas lift out Rgds Sam

“The desk is a good size and enough space for storage. It is highly recommended if have a lot of equipment or in my case lots of university work. Slight chip on the desk with delivery however only minimal.”
