I have sent 2 emails trying to enquire about sending a large product back and no reply. I feel the company was quick to accept the order and deliver but return request are not acknowledged.

I’m sorry but this chair is going to have to be returned. I know it said small accent chair but in all honesty it’s a child’s chair. I live in a small cottage but it’s so small I think the only place for it would be in the house belonging to the 7 dwarfs, although if I were Snow White I’d take care not to sit on it just in case!

Hi, I am sorry to hear you had trouble assembling your bar stool. All the bar stools have a black plastic cap on them to prevent them rising in transit. These just pull off the end of the gas strut. I can see from the notes that you contacted us and where asked to remove the cap but stated that it would not come off. Customer support then yesterday confirmed they would send you a new gas lift

I bought 4 kitchen stools in Sept 17 and asked for them to be held for me until I moved into my new house which Lakeland said they would do. I called and asked for them to be delivered in early December but was told they had not been put aside and were not in stock until 15th January 18, so I didn't have the stools for Xmas as planned. I complained about this and received 10% off. I had heard nothing from Lakeland and had to email on 22nd January to ask for the stools to be delivered which they were eventually last week.

Bought a day bed and several parts where missing. Decided i wanted a refund however the form the website says to fill in does not exist. You actually have to select 'Any other questions' to access this form. This company doesn't have a 24hr helpline and the telephone lines close quite early. This is definitely not a company for people who work a 9-5 because you will struggle to get in contact with them. Really annoyed with this as you can see that the parcel has been opened before as the packaging looked like it had been repackaged by a 7 year old/ I now have to put my other bed back together until i can source a replacement.
