“It is a truism that you get what you pay for. But to have dried glue running down the legs of the chairs, that no-one had bothered to wipe off, and to have fittings that don't work properly, bolts that come out of their casings and are not properly milled is poor frankly. I think this company is slapdash.”

“I recently purchased a chair in the sale and waited a week until I contacted Lakeland furniture to be told I should of already received the product. In all fairness they did then advise me they had contacted Yodel who have conveniently 'lost' it and can not send me another chair due to being discontinued. Very disappointed to be told I will receive a refund instead of looking at other options for me or sending me a different chair which I could of chose or to be the same kind of type. Currently money not in my account and no chairless now!! Upset is an understatement..”
