“Terrible experience, my wife’s present arrived absolutely smashed though no obvious damage to box it was packed in. Scratches, broken handles, no fixtures to fix handles in place, torn leather, broken plastic cap ends etc, see pictures to decide it yourself how “good” this company is. After contacting I was offered £50 discount to keep it-you must be kidding me? Very disappointed and asked for full refund, no confirmation from company yet... worst experience in a very long time”

“Appaling... no other word for it. Ordered next day and not delivered next day. Rang and had appalling service from Shannon. Apparently after 3 you cannot get next day but system so poor it doesn't stop you from selecting the option. They cancelled order but product delivered anyway. A complete and utter shambles”

“I ordered an office chair which arrived safely. Upon opening it before we even thought about putting it together , we noticed that the base covering the legs was badly damaged and had a hole in it and snapped plastic. We further went on to discover the shoddiest finish on the arms section of the chair . Misshapen and badly made with rough edge. I asked for a refund and the replies have been slow. So far they have replied three times but seem to understand despite me writing it in every email , that I want a refund. Instead I have been offered replacement parts or another item from them. This item was not fit for purpose and as of yet I still haven’t received my refund. Very bad customer service.”

“Very poor, said dispatched and was then told out of stock. Wouldn’t give me next equivalent unless I paid extra! Company management refused to discuss with me after customer service manager failed to resolve.”

“I ordered 2 kitchen stools which arrived the next day ( 1 star for that ) however on assembly it became apparent that the screws and washers to attach the seat to legs were not there. I emailed and was dealt with promptly and the next day 1 set of screws arrived. I’m still waiting for the 2nd set to arrive and over a week from taking delivery one stool is still sat in the box! I’m hoping they will come but am starting to feel anxious that they never will and what am I to do with the stool?? Very disappointing and would definitely not use this company again. If you try to call customer service you get told to email which is not helpful.”
