“Tried to assemble my furniture and found several bolts missing. Customer service number provided was a premium rate number which I could not use. Anyway contact could only be made Monday- Friday 8am-4pm. Closed weekends and Bank Holiday. Made contact via email but it takes 2 days to respond.”

“I ordered x6 bar stools. The delivery was quick. Once I opened the boxes. The bar stools weren’t really of a high standard, chips out of the wood. Wood glue streaks, bolts missing. And the. One of the stools the material didn’t meet the end of the ply wood. I have emailed and complained and I’m still waiting for a reply”

“Received 2 acrylic smoke bar tools and both were damaged, they say that it was a one off and shouldn't of gone through quality control, they sent replacement seats and one of them has a big dig out of it.”

“I don’t recommend them. The item arrived faulty so their QC is clearly lacking. I had to use the chair that night so assembled it but they expected me to then disassemble it & reassemble the replacement with no help from them, even though it wasn’t my fault the chair was faulty. They just kept pointing to their terms & conditions. Very intransigent & no leeway in recognition of their error & inconvenience to me. I would not buy from them again.”

“Wouldn’t recommend it don’t think the quality is worth the money I wanted to return it but they charge £9 95 which I would be out of pocket so I’m stuck with it”
