“Ordered 2nd week of December. Delivery date was before Christmas. No delivery arrived, so no dining table for Christmas!. Phoned to complain and they said the courier company are off until new year.....so still no idea ehere my table is !!! Not happy”

“My order arrived with 4 chairs but only screws to fix 3 of them. After waiting 6 weeks and finally receiving my order on Christmas eve this was a very disappointing service all round. I still have one chair I cannot put together.”

“Furniture never arrived on day arranged then every time we called we were told next day delivery and it never came we did this 3 times and was told next day we are still waiting also we haven’t had any updates at all”
