Are the pictures an accurate refelection of the product
“The chair looks smart but came with no assembly instructions which wasn’t helpful.
There are also 4 additional threaded holes in the chair base presumably for some reason but because of the lack of instructions I have no idea what they are there for.”

I am sorry to read that there was no assembly instructions included with the delivery and I do apologise regarding this. Please feel free to email the support team direct at support@lakeland-furniture.co.uk along with your delivery post code if you would like the instructions to be emailed to you.
They do all have extra holes, this is due to the seat being used for either an office or a dining chair. I hope this information helps but if you do have any further queries then please do not hesitate to let the support team know.

“Ordered this chair for my home office. Absolutely love it. It's very comfortable and looks great. Much cheaper than other versions I have seen online. I was a bit disappointed at first when they sent the wrong wheels out but they sent the correct ones straight out to me. They deffinitely look much better with the chrome covers. It does state that the chair comes with instructions which it didn't. But it was pretty straight forward to put together anyway. Thanks”

“I have just received my chair and was about to put it together when I realised the wheels are not the same as the ones pictured. They are all black plastic with no chrome covers. I have went back onto the site to double check and noticed that the last review also mentioned the same problem. Which is a shame as the rest of the chair looks good. The page also says it comes with instructions which mine did not. Unfortunately you are now closed for the weekend so will have to wait to contact someone.”

Received my chair today. I haven't set it up yet (no instructions included but seems pretty straightforward), because the wheels are not the ones pictured. These are plastic only, no chrome cover as advertised. This was a contributing factor to making this purchase because I wanted easy-to-clean wheels - the ones provided are not covered and have gaps/holes where dirt will accumulate and get stuck. I really like the rest of the chair so don't want to return it - but I would like the chrome covered wheels please. What's the deal?”
