“I bought the Vaughan office chair dark grey fabric. Setting it up was somewhat easy, the issue was the instruction. The 3 types of screws is labelled as I (for the seat and back rest), H and J (to attach the lever to the back of the seat) but nothing for H. The leftover screws were for the armrest, but because it was too short I had to exchange the one screwed from the bottom of the seat. Another problem is that the screws (for the arm rest) need to be placed in an angle, which is frustrating. I had to go back to step 1 just to connect the arm rest. Lastly, it would be better if the bottom part of the office chair (the one that allows you to adjust the height) is properly attached because it’s just sitting on another part of the office chair. The bad thing about this is that when lifting the chair, it might just come apart. Overall, the office chair is comfortable. I’ve been trying to find a chair that has a seat depth of 40cm, and finally found it on this website.”

“Much smaller than your average office chair. The chrome on one of the arms is scuffed around one of the bolt holes, and one of the end caps is missing too. The whole thing is held together by gravity, if you lift it by the seat then the seat detaches from the pole, and the pole detaches from the wheels.”
