“A few marks on the 'leather' and metal fittings. Would have been impossible to put together on my own. Doesn't offer as great an adjustment as I would have liked.”

“Very smart looking chair, but very difficult to assemble, with one screw that did not fit, a really awkward arm fitting, and a struggle to insert the wheels”

“Exactly as advertised and works a treat. Easy to assemble, even without any instructions (?), and no problem with the gas lift. Packaging was a bit bashed when it arrived but no damage to contents. Only disappointment was that the back is black rather than a matching cream colour. Would recommend.”
