“Easy to use website, quick delivery. Before assembly checked over the pieces, chair damaged slightly (1cm cut in side and piping scuffed) No telephone number to speak with anyone, so used contact email page online, quick to reply. Emailed photos showing damage. I packaged chair back up ready to return, Lakeland then contacted me to offer me £25 off/refund this chair. Which I accepted. I have glued the cut and left the piping scuff). The chair is very comfy, however, assembly was quite time consuming, the holes for the bolts were poorly drilled and the metal spray paint coating on the arms isn't the best quality. I wouldnt purchase this chair again.”

“For the price I consider this chair good value.. There are other chairs out there which are the same price but far less comfortable: I know, I've had one. I cannot find any height adjustment, but this does not matter because it is the correct height for the computer table anyway. Thank you. J. A. Gale.”
