Good Morning Tiff, I am sorry to read you have not yet had the fixings. Having looked into this for you I can see a pack was sent out with the Royal mail on the 8th March. “Purchased a chair and arrived damaged. Not sure if lakelandfurniture sell refurbished stuff as it states very clearly in their reviews items are damaged. I am disgusted as I have had paid so much money and have just come back from holiday to open and see damaged item. Now they state it's over the 30days will not use again and will leave this on facebook and network”

“Very disappointed several points I was not happy with, as follows - 1 Holes did not line up (bolts) 2 Missing floor protecter....bottom of wooden leg... not put in hence not level on the floor 3 Hard to assemble - very fiddly...didn’t line up I paid someone to assemble these which took extra time and money, I am very unhappy .”

“I did not receive the grey fabric chair which I ordered. What I did receive was the brown 'leather look' chair. I was considering sending it back but the box was fragile so I decided not to bother - too much hassle - the brown chair was acceptable so I have kept it.”

“Really nice stools. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is because the width/depth measurements given on the website item description are of the seat and not the entire spread of the legs, so they are actually much bigger over all than I anticipated and had to be returned. If you’ve got the space though, they’re lovely.”

“We first bought 2 of these in grey fabric which look lovely once I managed to put them together, only complaint is the pre-drilled holes aren't optimal and you need to proceed with a little care. I have ordered another in cream leather to complete the picture, good value at £70 but we paid £35 in sale which is a steal.”
