“Bought 4 of these chairs in different colours but paid twice as much for the red one. The bolts are hardly long enough and hard to fit. Nice chairs but feel cheated over the price.”

“The chair looks fantastic and the acrylic is great quality. But the chairs are self assembly, no instructions are supplied and the bolt holes are slightly unaligned so it's difficult to tighten them as I worried about damaging the chair”

“The chairs themselves are very good however I ordered 6 and only 4 turned up - no explanation so I called and was told the other 2 would be delivered the following day. Assembly was hampered by the fact the supplied bolts were only just long enough for the job - another 5mm longer and it would have been easy. On one chair it was impossible to get the washer on owing to the bolt length and with another chair one of the bolts was about a cm shorter than the other 3 with the result that it didn't actually protrude through the assembly hole. Lakeland are providing a replacement (3 working days for a bolt!) but the experience was well below average - only the look of the actual chairs warranted the 3 stars.”

“Received my chair rather quickly but the screws were missing from the box. After sending a mail to the customer service, I had to wait a few days to receive the missing parts. Apart from that the chair is fine for the price I paid. The seat is narrow so wouldn't suit larger bottoms. Quality is correct, comfortable enough for a desk at home and it looks good.”

“Bought as a desk chair at worktop height. Lovely and comfy, nice look, great height range. But it arrived with a small slit in the back, Lakeland offered a discount. Assembly wasn't clear, and there is a piece which appears to not be fitting properly, doesn't effect it's functioning though.”
