“Good looking stools however tricky to put together as tools supplied tricky to hold and use. Small feet protectors all in various positions on legs giving wonky effect. Removed to find stool legs uneven lengths had to make adjustments with felt pads. Would not buy again.”

“We ordered 6 chairs which arrived in 3 boxes, 2 of which were very damaged. One box was so badly damaged a chair leg had been broken off. I phoned the phone number on the side of the box to be told that they are an Internet company and I need to contact them by email only?!”

“Says Berlin Wooden Bar Stool Charcoal Fabric, but nothing is wooden, the legs are metal, painted to look like wood, and not very well painted in areas, the legs were also scratched. A bit disappointing all in all, but too much trouble to send them back. They look okay but expected better.”

“I ordered two stools, which a) did not arrive within the 48 hours for which I paid (this appears to be a problem with the carrier) b) did not arrive in functioning condition (one gas cylinder was not working). I reported this and received a quick and satisfactory response. However, I am still waiting for the replacement part and do not know when it will arrive.”
