“I'm not reviewing the product, lets be clear the experience with Lakeland Furniture has been atrocious. Order placed on the 23/08, confirmed as dispatched a few days later on a 72hr Yodel delivery. Last week I was told there was a delay on the container, and tracking information would be received by email that day. On the 03/09 I was informed there was an issue at the local depot but the items had been re-sent on the 03/09 on a 24hr service but would not arrive until the 05/09 because of the collection times. Having requested the tracking information again today, I was told that "the tracking system was down". Genuinely haven't ordered from such a shambles in all my life.”

“I have lodged a complaint about the shipping fee I was charged as actual delivery was simply our local DPD delivery, and the bed itself was two boxes, one small & one medium size! I've been charged £79.99 shipping and I am requesting a refund for this as delivery was straightforward with no '2-men delivery to room' ! I await my response from Lakeland Furniture.”

“The chair is a basic design and you get what you pay for, so no complaints there. The assembly instructions were clear but unfortunately several of the bolts supplied were too short to attach the back rest/armrests to the seat. Without using some spare bolts that I had from a previous project I wouldn’t have been able to complete the assembly.”

“Absolutely terrible . Purchased a few times off this site no problems at all so thought they were a brilliant company, so I went and paid a lot of money for a Granada dining set I saved a long time for . When it was delivered I had no parasol that it said was included and the cushions were different colours when they should have been all white ..... when I asked for correct cusions I was told No . So I was sold something that they didn’t have which is shocking and they had no intention of fixing they’re mistake. They paid me £100 refund on it when it’s going to cost me a lot more than that to get the cusions covered never mind the time and hassle . Very disappointed and upset .”

“Delivery was ok but I got no text to give me a time slot and it turned up at 7:30am so was an inconvenience. The furniture we ordered was ok but a lot cheaper looking than it looked in the photos and there is a large hole in a corner where the rattan effect plastic has all come away from the frame which is disappointing.”
