“We are very pleased with our stools however we're not pleased with their delivery. When I ordered them the info said five days standard delivery. It was just before new year so I expected some delay but not until 15/1/18. There was no despatch email and nothing arrived on the 15th. I emailed and got what appeared to be an automated reply and in very small print it stated they had been despatched and would be delivered by Yodel. Two days after we expected them they arrived. I could not use the Yodel tracker as there was no number so it was lucky we were in to accept the delivery Had they not arrived that day I was going to ring and cancel the order We will certainly not be rushing to order anything from Lakeland in the future”

“Although contemporary in design the stools with their wooden legs have the perfect country kitchen look I wanted for my new kitchen. They are very comfortable and the swivel seat is very practical.”
