Are the pictures an accurate refelection of the product
“The product itself is great. It looks and feels beautiful, amazing VFM. The product came with plastic feet missing meaning it was eneven. I contacted the company to request 3 were missing and to send me them in the post. They were unable to do this and sent me a full replacement base unit which I had to remove the caps from and replace into mine. What a complete wast of a base unit that I now have had to discard. They need to work on their aftercare and follow up policy and procedures.”

I am however sorry to read 3 of the stools came without the plastic feet caps.
We are currently unable to send just the caps and I do apologise regarding this but I shall forward your concerns over to my manager and they will look into this for the future.
