“I am a DIY user and have bought the ladders as they best suit the job I have / had to do i.e. cut a tall hedge at the front of my property. I have for about 20 years used a small aluminium scaffold tower with stabilisers but the ladders are as stable and much quicker to put up and take down. The job was done quickly and without fuss so perfect for me. I'm sure there will be other uses but that was the immediate one. Using your site was easy as I had already checked your site to make my choice and there was all the info I needed to make a purchase. Delivery was very quick so all in all very happy. Thanks.”

“Ladder arrived very promptly. Delivery man asked me to inspect the ladder for any damage before I signed the delivery note, I thought that was a sign of good customer care. The ladder is very well made, I have already used it to prune a large tree. I felt very safe whilst pruning as I'm not very good with heights. It is robust and heavy, so for me, awkward to put in place where I want to work in the garden. (I'm a 5' 4" female). Good product at a good price.”
