“Ladder works really well, instructions were good, happy with final result. One major pain in installation was that one of the fixing nuts inside the tube at the top of the ladder came loose while fixing the top bolts and dropped inside the tube. Took a bit of ingenuity and 30 mins of patience to get it back into position.”

“Very simple to hang. Easy to use. Robust. Ladderstore were fantastic at sorting out the right length for me - suggest you measure and measure again and use their form and write it down before ordering! Couple of small points you need to be aware of - if the loft hatch door is quite thick i.e. is insulated, this will probably mean that the ladder cradle does not flip down and hold on springs properly (as in our case). This will mean you will have to either put up with the cradle interfering with the ladder in operation (tolerable), or add in additional spacers behind the ladder hinges to bring the cradle out by another inch or so. Bear this in mind when looking at the end 'fitted' hatch size as it might be a factor with very small openings.”
