“It's very sturdy, works well and is easy to fit. Takes up no space in the loft, which was my main reason to buy it. Instructions regarding final adjustment of the top length were a bit confusing. All you need to know is that to adjust the top rails, just press the red button under the step and pull up the tube and twist until the locating hole is found. Release the button to lock.”
