Why Did You Choose This Product? I expected convenience and ease of use. Left disappointed

Did This Product Meet Your Expectations? no

“Disappointed with build quality and performance. Having technical problems within a month of installation. No comparison with other brands (we have another Swedish product which is far superior in terms of materials and built quality). Also in my view questionable in terms of safe operation ie no cut off to prevent ladder being lifted whilst extended (addition of a simple interlock switch on ladder hinge would do) I may add this to make it safe around my children.”
