“I researched for a while for a solution to cleaning my conservatory glass roof and the gutter which butts onto the glass from the tiled house roof which gets clogged quite easily. There are cheaper ladders on the market but I wanted one which was robust, easy to assemble and use, and yours fits the bill. From the description on your website, to ordering and delivery it was excellent. The ladders were securely wrapped for transport and the delivery man was friendly and helpful. I wish all companies had the same ethic as yours appears to have, a quality product with good customer service. I had used it on the day it arrived and did the job I bought it for, quick and easy compared to what I was having to do before. Now I have it I am sure the glass and gutter will be kept clean.”
