“Excellent value good strong ladder - have used it at almost full height a couple of times -now moved to lower house so probably won't need the 3rd section any more! One gripe - ladder came with a bolt missing and despite a promise that 'it was in the post' it never arrived. Just had to do a quick trip to a DIY shop to purchase one.”

We are sorry to hear that the missing bolt never arrived. As they are sent directly from the suppliers we trust when they say they will send the bolt that they will do just that, unfortunately for whatever reason, the follow-up on this was not captured. Meaning nobody ever ensured that the bolt was received so please accept our sincere apologies about this. However, we are pleased you managed to get a spare.

Why Did You Choose This Product? Long enough to reach gable end works but also minimum height also fits at lowest height work. One ladder to do everything we need.

“Wanted a set of youngman or lyte ladders as they are the best out there. Got the lyte ladders and they are brilliant, very well made, sturdy with good size rungs. Only had them a few weeks but I dont think i will have any issues with them. If you want a great set of ladders buy these, you will not be disappointed.”

“The ladder is very sturdy and well built. I have purchased it for occasional DIY use and was more than happy to pay a bit more for a more substantial ladder. The ladder feels extremely stable when up it whilst not being too heavy to move about.”

“A well made and solid set of ladders. At 26kg's they are not the lightest but thats to be expected on a set of ladders this size. They feel very sturdy and solid when in use. Very pleased with my purchase.”
