“Overall very superior to most alternatives I looked at. After installation, the ladder fouled a roof beam and this meant moving the latch a few inches ( drilled two extra holes ) so that the bottom set of treads missed the beam when pushed up - easily rectified. The ladders were very good, as described, and have a very smooth action. People have commented have sturdy they feel when climbed. Only complaint. the quality of the fitting supplied to hook down the ladder did not match the quality of the rest ( looked like a black pipe bracket ) I sourced a stainless steel pull ring instead.”
