I am very pleased with product. I have used it on several occasions already and feel very safe on it.

A very sturdy well built step ladder. A bit bigger than I expected (check the size first, I hear you shout!) and senior citizens may need to check the weight, as although it is aluminium, the quality makes it a little weighty. No complaints about the product or price!

A good strong set of small steps.

The Hailo Living Step Comfort Plus are the best quality steps I have ever owned. They are very stable and the large treads are so comfortable on the feet, and with the extra height curved handrail you feel very safe when using them.

Solid, well built, sleek and stable, with non-slip rubber grips. This is exactly what I wanted for doing jobs in the house, which has fairly high ceilings and saves me brining in the ladder from the garage. Folds up with slim profile. Ladder Store's customer care is run by caring human beings and simply superb!

Excellent. Safer than any ladder I have found in a store. Difficulty finding out how to fold the ladder after first use. Took my son to show me you need an even and quite strong pull. Some instructions on this would be nice!
