“Bought this to reach the ceiling in my new extension at 4.1 metres. Ladder is very stable. It would be nice to have: a. another metal stay (the next model up has, but at a premium price) b. some method of keeping the straps tidy when the ladder is closed as they seem to like to rest so the extension ladder hooks trap them. I noticed that the strap on my builder's ladder (Zarges 7-rung) is cut 2/3 through. Take care.”
