I bought the Lyte DIY extension ladders for staining my window frames and they're perfect for the job. Lightweight yet sturdy. Ideal for the occasional job at home. I just need to invest in a paint tray now... Recommended.

Perfect. Wanted a ladder to reach the eaves but could fit in a shed easily. Great service, thanks.

This ladder is brilliant for diy jobs. Plus with it being a triple extender it only measures 2.7 metres in length when collapsed after use & so is very easy to store away without needing a long run of wall or driveway etc to either store it on or in or even to hide it away . I am disabled & so my diy jobs are done by family members & the first job for the ladders was gutter repair/replacement; which was done by my 16 years old Grandson who has virtually nil experience on ladders but he said that he felt very safe & confident on this ladder as it had virtually no 'shake' when he stood on it, although it was extended way past the eaves on a 3 bed house. I ordered it with the adjustable ladder stand off which made the usually infuriating job of 'guttering' an absolute breeze for him.

The problem to solve was that of pigeons and other birds making a mess not only on Lionel bet also on the path below. I discovered a spike system from Jones and Son and needed to fix it to Lionel. I almost decided to have tower scaffolding installed to gain access but became impressed with the specification of the ladder. Having given Lionel some pride back, I gained immensely in confidence on the ladder so much so that I also painted the barge boards -that's why the ladder is not as extended as much as it was when fixing the spikes.
