“Found the iWalk 3.0 easy to master and gave great mobility but due to my injury on heel was told had to keep foot out stretched and elevated with regret have to return crutch”
“The product itself was easy to assemble and was a life saver. Took a bit of getting used to, but once I had the hang of it let me do things around the house that normal crutches would have made very difficult or impossible. I used mine with a plaster cast and plastic walking boot and it worked fine with both. Can't think of much wrong with it, only minor niggles like the padding on the strap around the back of the knee slipping to the side and becoming uncomfy. But I'll take that over having to use crutches.”
“As a physiotherapist working in both the NHS & private practice rupturing your Achilles' tendon normally means a lot of time off and a lot of patients left waiting. The iwalk 3.0 has made this early stage of my recovery much easier and allowed me be much more independent. I have been able to return to some work 3 weeks earlier than the consultant anticipated! It was easy to put together, pretty comfortable and very practical. Very happy with it overall.”
“After trying crutches, wheelchair, office chair, all of which were still quite debilitating, the iWALK 3.0 hopefully had all the answers to getting and being independent while keeping weight of my achilles. It does what it says on the tin. Need to be careful if you have a cast, took me a while to getting padding right so it didn't cause a hot spot, in fact if you already have a cast and get one, I would go back to the hospital and get a new one with extra padding covering the top of your shin near the knee.”
“Really pleased with my iWalk3. It's given me a small level of freedom which I didn't think was possible whilst I was in an ankle cast. I even managed to get to watch the American Football team that I (normally) coach in our first game of the season today.
I can't find anything to fault the service or product. Highly recommended if you have an ankle break”
