“Tastes great and is gentle on the stomach. I imagine it performs similar to other brands since this product delivers the same levels of carbohydrates and caffeine. I found the sachets take a bit of effort to peel open with your teeth when on the bike. To cut down on littering I would also like to see the wrapper re-engineered to retain the top piece that peels away - other brands have managed to do this and would show that Kinetica is environmentally conscious.”

“I like this product. As an older runner, who took up running too late in life, I find I don't have the same energy stores as I did in my more active hiking past. This year, as I head for my 65th birthday, I've pushed out the boundaries of my running from Parkrun to 10k and I'm aiming for a half marathon in a few months time. Energy reserves were rarely a problem at 5k and I often ran fasting, but definitely at the longer distances a gel or two in my pocket makes a difference. Compared to some other gels I've tried, it has a lighter texture and goes down a lot easier. In a recent 10k, I took one at about 7k and found I had an unexpected kick in my legs during the last kilometer or two as I chased my time goal. I'm pleased to say that I reached my goal and exceeded my expectations.”
