“Great gels for long runs and races. I find them easy on the stomach and have taken up to 5 over the course of a 2.5hr long run. Only issue I have is that the tab at the top can sometimes be difficult to open.”

“Unlike some gels that are heavy or require a water supplement (see Power Bar Power Gels ) this is clean and tastes good. There’s no caffeine so it doesn’t have that kick which can sometimes be scuzzy tbh so these are solid for endurance and good on the guts. Not had an issue yet! Highly recommend.”
