“The product itself is great but what you get in the tub is less then half the size of the tub. Might be worth reducing the size of the container or increasing the amount of product.”

“As with most Prefuels it is trial and error. I find this far less chemically than some pres I’ve tried. Gentle on stomach and more natural mix. Not a sudden buzz but a gradual ascent and then it holds for a short time - I run so it’s good for up to 7-8kms anything longer supplement with gels , natural nutrition or sweets etc.”
