I like this product as part of my calorie controlled diet, I work at deep tissue massage which can be demanding physically I also workout as well with weights very early mornings so I tend to burn a lot of calories, this product definitely works for me in the sense of wellbeing and feel good factor, I also like the fact there is no creatine in this product just pure protein znd calories, not that their is anything wrong with creatine, it's just my choice, ten out of ten for this product. www.dublinmassagecentre.com”
