“Use a small cup on nutriblender. almost fill with frozen berries. Less strawberries and more blackberries, blueberries, blackcurrants and a slice of lemon on top. I do one small scoop of creatine along with a bigger scoop of the lean chocolate protein. Blend for about ten to twelve seconds. Then get a spoon and dig in to the most delicious and nutritious ice cream you ever tasted. I can not see a day I or my wife will skip a day of taking this. If you want to do a cut just swap the milk to 50 50 with tap water. Less ice cream more very melted ice-cream. I find this addictive. Bravo to kinetica on their work on this product”
