“I purchased the kinetica creatine powder which I had been advised would take up to 1 month to start having an effect, however, after just a couple of days I was feeling a difference and now after about two weeks of taking it my performance has definitely improved as well as my recovery which is a huge thing for me as I would feel sore for days after a tough session where as now after a few hours my muscles have recovered. A really great product, would highly recommend.”
