“I started using this product a year ago. I was doing a lot of yoga and found that My muscles were aching after each session. I mentioned this to my sons - big into exercise - and they advised that me that I needed to take a protein supplement. After doing some research, I went for above. I showed my nutritionist ingredients and she had no problem taking this. As soon as I started to take it, the aching in my muscles went almost over night. As I know some of the lads on the Limerick hurling team, I saw they were using same product! It is so tasty and would highly recommend it.”
