“I use this every morning as part of a high protein/high fibre (chia seed) breakfast smoothie. As someone who normally feels nauseous at eating anything before 10am, this is the perfect compromise to kick starting eating a breakfast at 6am. Much better value buying the larger pot directly off their website.”
