“I have a shake most afternoons. It's a handy way to get extra protein. The taste is OK but can get boring. I have also used in smoothie instead of milk and it works well. I might try a different flavour next time”

“I love this Protien powder it’s not overly sweet like other brands and does not have an artificial sweetener taste to it like other do. It’s nice and think when you mix it with frozen fruit you can even make smoothie bowls with it!”
