“I found this too sweet and too watery when blended with water, but when mixed with no sugar added coconut milk it is quite tasty. Doesn’t increase the carbs. I actually enjoy them. Ideally I wish it was still a little less sweet but I am very sensitive to sweetness. This tends to be true for most people who eat a very low carb diet. I am aiming to increase my protein consumption in general but at the moment working on a high protein low carb diet. I have noticed when I do increase my protein cravings for foods mostly disappear and I feel full. I’ve done this by using the shakes to give me 80g of protein per day. The one true complaint I have is the sweetener. I wish they used stevia or erythritol or a blend of the two as opposed to sucralose which has been found to be problematic for gut health and increasing inflammation. (Part of the reason I am on this diet in the first place) However, until I find a low carb protein powder that doesn’t use sucralose (and doesn’t cost a small fortune to obtain) I will continue to use this. (Should you switch sweetener this would become an truly high quality product). Tip: I bought strawberry and banana as well. I use these three to make different flavour combinations to add more variety.”
