“It absolutely revives me after a long cycle and helps me maintain momentum if I’m on an even longer cycle. Great flavour too. I actually enjoy drinking it. My only challenge is that its in a single use plastic bottle.”

“High Protein Milkshakes are ideal for adding to smoothies. I also use them to make iced coffee an easy way too get your coffee fix with added protein. The milkshakes are smooth and no powdery residue. They can also be drank straight from the bottle if you are in a rush”
