“Having tried all the flavours of premade and homemade Kinetica shakes this is definitely my favourite, it's not just the flavour it seems lighter and easier to drink. I'm trying to get my body fat from 14% to less than 10%. The Kinetica range and hugely important for me in achieving this goal.”
