Hi Victoria, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Clarify contains salicylic acid which is a chemical exfoliant designed to unclog the pores that lead to spots. If you are looking for a product to unclog pores on the body for instance then this would be the Exfoliate bar - this contains both chemical and physical exfoliants. Hi there! We generally say always give skin care a three month period to really start making a difference. With Clarify we say you should start seeing some improvement by week four so this is great news!!
